Sustainability

The Group is committed to improving its governance standards and fully understands that good corporate governance is closely related to "ESG" performance. The Group is led by the Board which is responsible for formulating the Group's overall strategy to oversee business development, financial performance and governance effectiveness.

The Sustainability Committee has been set up under the Board. The Committee includes sub-committees and working groups, whose structure and responsibilities are shown in the following diagram.
